Summer Music Camp
Ukulele Group Camp
Ages 9 – 14
Enjoy a fun, creative week learning the basics of the Ukulele, including rhythm, chords and strumming. Add some fun vocals and play along with others, while learning new music and gaining new skills. Open to beginners and beginner/intermediate levels. Students are required to bring their own Ukulele.
There is a group performance at the finish of the camp week, on Fridays.

Summer Fine Arts Camp
with Kenneth Jackson
Drawing & Painting Fundamentals
Ages 10 – 14
East End Arts hosts (4) one-week/full day fine arts camps
Join us for a week of creativity and foundation building as we engage in fun projects while learning new methods and techniques used in drawing and painting. The campers learn about perspective, proportion, and composition. Building strong foundation skills is the goal, in painting and drawing. Understanding how to use color, light, shape, and texture in their works is also explored. Observational drawing, trying new methods, working with new mediums, and growing to express themselves. All projects are appropriate for any skill level, and the teacher works alongside each student. By the end of the week each camper will create a portfolio of works that will be displayed in an exhibit on the last day of camp. Register early: enrollment is limited to 15 students.
