Artist Statement

A connection to water and the infinite, unknowable beyond is implicit in all of my work, with an implied viewpoint of here vs. there.

With light patterns gliding through translucent water, I aim to evoke a sense of floating, quiet calm in the glow of underwater currents, with a visceral feel of radiant light from above… along with the expansive nature of the sea, felt in the experience of immersion.
