Mosaic Street Painting Festival

For one day, East End Arts converts the Downtown Riverhead area by the Peconic River into a celebration of the arts. It’s a day to stroll, enjoy the fresh air, watch artists in action, and participate in family-oriented activities. Music fills the air as do the enticing smells of the local food trucks.

Artists, musicians, and art lovers of all ages participate or watch as artists convert squares of the street into vibrant and moving works of art.

There’s something for everyone at this family-friendly event:

Join us for this creative production of An EARroneous Tale, the true story behind Van Gogh’s ear. This production was written and directed by our instructor Juliet Lehman. Juliet is an artist and Occupational Therapist who loves creating magic.
This will be a night of laughter and joy.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PARKING: There is very limited parking on Jamesprt Meeting House property. More parking can be found along Main Road & in the George Young Community Center across the street at 446 South Jamesport Avenue, Jamesport NY.

Once again, EEA and PBT present the PerformHER Concert, featuring EEA’s brilliant Music Students alongside Peconic Ballets’ talented Dancers. PerformHER is a breathtaking display of our East End youth performing collaborative solos to honor all Women Musicians in celebration of Women’s History Month. All proceeds go to support the EEA Music Scholarship Fund and the PBT Foundation. You don’t want to miss this one!! A limited number of tickets will be available for $20.00 each. Each student participant receives two complimentary tickets.

This program is FREE for EEA members and only $10 for Non-members!

Students learn about the lives of artists and how they have contributed to the art world; as well as create wonderful artwork to take home. All ages are welcome, you can bring your own supplies, or pay a small fee of $5.00 (payable in cash or online) if you wish to utilize EEA’s art supplies for the class.

A material list will be supplied at registration.
