Introduction to Printmaking: Intaglio
with Jack Dambrosio
Learn the basics of Drypoint Intaglio printmaking.
Students will learn to develop images on plexiglass, ink plates with various techniques, and print with an etching press. Students will leave the class with a thorough knowledge of drypoint and a completed plexiglass plate to keep. No prior experience necessary, all ages are welcome!
Materials include: etching needles, plexiglass, printmaking paper, akua intaglio ink, tarleton cloth. Materials Fee: $20 payable to teacher at first class.
