Group Guitar for Adults/Teens
with Zach Marino
Ages 12 to Adult
This class is designed to help beginners learn how to play the guitar in a group setting. It encourages people to dust off their old guitar or borrow one of the EEAs’ available guitars to learn how to play. The class is led by Zach, who will introduce the guitar to the group and teach them basic chords and strumming techniques.
The class is structured to teach participants how to play simple songs and explore the guitar’s make-up to get a feel for its performance. The focus is on developing musical skills and having fun in a social setting with other beginners. The class size is small, with a maximum of 6 students per session, which allows for more personalized instruction and attention.
The class runs for 8 weeks, with sessions that likely include weekly meetings or lessons. Overall, this class is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has always wanted to learn how to play the guitar and wants to do so in a supportive and social environment with others who are just starting out.
