Opening Reception: Harvesting Memories in Blue

This show tells the story of the gigantic sphere made out of steel, wood, and upcycled denim and also displays related works by Sherry Davis

Sherry Davis’ sculpture, Harvesting Memories in Blue, is located on Sound Avenue in Riverhead and has been seen by thousands of people driving down the historic corridor. It has also caught the attention of major media outlets. This show tells the story of the gigantic sphere made out of steel, wood, and upcycled North Fork denim — and also displays related works by Ms. Davis.

Harvesting Memories in Blue is made possible through the Statewide Community Regrant Program, funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with support from the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature, and administered by The Huntington Arts Council, Inc.Please note, photos and/or video may be taken during this event and used for marketing purposes.

Exhibition is on view Thursdays-Sundays, September 21st – October 10th at our11 West Gallery [11 W. Main St., Peconic Crossing, Riverhead]
