East End Beacon: East End Arts Galleries to Explode with Innovation, as Arts School Settles Into Its New Home

These groundbreaking shows set the stage for our upcoming open juried exhibition, Fluid Patterns: Water and a Changing Climate, which will open November 1.

As noted in the feature, East End Arts is embracing a season of transformation. While our Main Street campus prepares for major renovations as part of the Town Square project, our Arts & Music School has successfully transitioned into a new space at 206 Griffing Avenue. This move not only ensures continuity but also expands opportunities for creativity and accessibility in Riverhead’s growing Arts District.

Executive Director Wendy Weiss shared that the move “has become an opportunity that allows us to grow our educational programs and community impact during this time of transformation,” while Riverhead Town Supervisor Tim Hubbard praised East End Arts as a cornerstone of the community’s revitalization.
